PALM SUNDAY SERVICES:   Sunday · April 14th, 9:30am

Palm Sunday is always such a joyous day as we enter into Holy Week knowing the full story.  While it is true that we will experience the anticipation of the establishment of God’s reign, then feel the depths of human failure on Thursday, and the horror of the death of Jesus on Friday, we know how the story ends and we will anticipate experiencing the outrageous joy of His resurrection on Sunday.

TENEBRAE SERVICE, Friday · April 19th, 7:00pm

As you participate in songs and Scriptures, you will be drawn into the telling of the story of the last week of the life of Jesus Christ, as done for centuries on Good Friday. Tenebrae, or “Service of Shadows/Darkness”, ends in darkness as we are reminded of the darkness of sin and the suffering it cost Christ on our behalf.  This is a powerful service to begin the Easter weekend that symbolizes the hope and peace we can have through Christ.

ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT, Saturday · April 20th, 10:00am-12:00pm

Children’s Ministry is sponsoring the Annual Easter Egg Hunt for all children Grade 5 and under, rain or shine.  There is no cost for this event! There will be egg hunts, crafts, a moon bounce, puppets, and of course, the Easter Bunny!

We are planning two duplicate services on Easter Sunday. We are praying that these services will invite worshippers to open themselves up to the incredible power of our God.

 BREAKFAST, 8:30am-10:30am

Our teens will be preparing and serving breakfast on Easter Sunday morning.   Suggested donation is $5 for adults and $3 for children.  You can make your contribution the day of the breakfast but we are asking everyone to sign-up and get a ticket for planning purposes . All proceeds will go towards Teen trip this summer to Nazarene Youth Congress.

Children 4 years old and up will take part in a special kids service in the GSR, led by Kirsten and Heather Ingram at 9:30am.  Second hour (11:00am) will feature some craft and activities with Morgan and Megan Farley, back in the Children’s wing.  **Important:  All children will be picked up from the GSR after first hour.  If your children are staying for the second service, they will need to be checked back into the Children’s wing.
